so....metaknight is being debated again about whether he's truely banworthy or not.


and this time I think alot of the community has finally switched to Pro ban, almost around 70%-75% seem to agree to ban him, at the very least just temporarily to collect data from tournaments(including nationals) and see how much more variety in character placings happens, as well as attendance at tournaments overall(many people actually quit lolbrawl just because they got tired of seeing a constant over-abundance of metaknights dominating the top ten of the game, alot of tournaments would have like 6-7 metaknights placing in the top 10, many people who didnt originally main metaknight, switched over to using him JUST because their original main either couldn't handle the meta matchup, or as a counterpick against another top tier character, meta has basicly been the "safe card" for people in tournaments.)



so....Time will tell.




...meh either way i don't intend to get back into brawl as long as i have melee, and when Project M is completed, i will have even more of a reason to abandon regular brawl entirely.

He is annoying at times, but if you match his speed with other speed characters you'll have a better chance at winning in my experience. Slow characters are doomed if they don't have long range (though most of them do.)

What are you people rambling about? You can't ban a character just because he's a good character! The reason people win is because of their skills with a certain character, the character itself is completely irrelevant. My brother, for example, is good with Lucas, but if you tell him to play as Meta Knight, he's going to loose mainly because of the fact he's not good as him. So my point is that it's the person you're up against, not the character.

I play as Meta Knight all the time and I still lose all the time, so its just because I'm unskilled in brawl, the character has nothing to do with it. He's my favorite person to play as, please don't take him away from me :C

Banning characters is stupid. Every game has a character that is better than the others. The people complaining about Meta Knight are the people that can't beat him. I once played as Meta Knight and lost because like SillyDrifloon said it comes down to skill not the character you use.
