1st : groudon is a pokemon therefore it makes sense that you need to get him USING a pokemon AND NOT with kirby or metaknight -.-

2nd : Clause is an Earthbound caracter which as stated above also makes sense about Ness

3rd : DOJO!! won't add them because the characters on DOJO!! (except for sonic and snake) are only in the starting roster
