How do you unlock jigglypuff

You need to beat SSE first.

beat SSE and then replay the level, the swamp, and after you defeat Giant Shadow Diddy, you should see a door where the barrels are at.

Not even, a much shorter way is to beat SSE, and beat the first level with the pokemon stadium.

Beat SSE. Then beat 20 event matches (japenese version is complete classic) Or you can beat the SSE, go back to swamp level, and after diddy go into the door that is floating. It should show her.

maybe it depends on wat difficulty level u play on like i got wolf cuz i beat boss battles on easy XD then he challenged me to a round

Play 300 vs Brawl matches then, and defeat Jigglypuff afterwards.
