SSBB Character Rankings and matchups (Possible Tier List)

The Smash Back Room has not yet officially come out with a tier list, but users are making tier lists based highly on tournament results and not so much on character matchups. After the previous tier list turned out to be fake, I decided that there should be a real one, so I'm providing tournament rankings and character matchups. This list is subject to change.

As of Spring 2008, those are the character's rankings. Snake and Meta Knight can be considered top tier.

Jigglypuff is not BOTTOM TIER. Jiggs is at LEAST MID-TIER. The only problem is she has difficulties with MK and some with Snake, but otherwise, Jigglypuff is a great character. Unfortunately, those are the two most abused characters, but still, Jigglypuff is good.

Jiggs lacks priority and range. She's somewhat powerful, but she can't do much of anything against characters that have long ranged, or high priority attacks. And most of the roster has higher priority, or longer range.

On the GROUND, Jigglypuff has no priority or range and long startup times. However, her range is hugely increased in the air, and is actually fairly good, especially against larger characters, although Jigglypuff is also good against others.

Yeah, these tiers are wrong. I think that sheik should stay at D, but zelda is top tier. Her Din's Fire is insane in the hands of a good player and she has insane killing power with her aerials.

Since the tournaments have not yet had the time to prove any tiers, this is pointless.

The leaders of what? And why make tiers before anything has been tested. We can make speculations, but there are no tiers yet. Melee got tiers after around 5 years, and finally had them fixed after 7 years (with Fox, Falco in Top, with Sheik getting bumped a tier). We are nowhere near 7 years so lay off the tiers. I am making speculations when I say Jigglypuff isn't bottom, but thats just me.

Advanced techniques are already being discovered, and they've been doing this since the release of the Japanese version of Brawl. Nowhere in the thread did I say this list was official.

Yeah, I know that many have been found. However, I don't think that many have been profoundly affecting the game as much as wavedashing in melee.
