Diddy Kongs are relatively uncommon. Jiggs is most uncommon in my opinion.

Jigglypuff is actually widely used on most sites, due to WoP.
Diddy is actually a candidate for Top Tier, on the next list, because of his Glide Toss. He's also vastly used at NWA.
Donkey Kong usage shot up after he appeared high tier on the 1.0 list.
And Peach, shes not UNCOMMON, her usage is decent, shes the most technical character in brawl.

I think that among Hardcore gamers, the list used is Link/C Falcon.
Among casual, Link us most used.

Diddy Kong is incredibly rare.
I don't often see Captain Falcon or Sheik users, though.
