Something Wrong With Brawl Cards?

Today I looked at my Brawl Card and I noticed that the level was 0, and the name was "Bobcheese420". Wtf?
I tried logging in to my card (Card # 1992) and it redirected me to someone elses card... What's wrong with them?

This happened before with licenses. Mincho said his brother likes to sometimes play pranks on the poor license users by changing all the letters in their name to seven letters after the actual letter. I'm sure it's happening again.
