On January 29th, Australian customs seized 150 items suspected of infringing Nintendo’s trademarks, according to spokeswoman Patricia O’Connell. Among these items were fake Wii remotes, nunchuks, games and R4 cards. Nintendo estimates the potential loss in sales to be about $1.5 million.
