ds lite L button issue - 12-27-08

i cleaned it, and it is still not working and what i mean by clean is i even opened it up.Need some help my R button works

That happend to me.For me the prob was that the little pointy rubbery thing thats under the botton was bent so everytime I pressed the botton it never read it.The way I solved the problem was i took the L botton off and re-bent the little rubbery thing back into place.

I just opened again and found out it was a L button malfunction, not anything else. Now i got to buy a new motherboard

That, or you could blow into it. It worked for me. (run a search on this forum for L button problems and you'll find more tips)

Exactly what i did and it is working fine. If that is a problem you shouldnt purchase anything just call nintendo service and ask for help for fix. They fixed my start button because it stopped working so yah.
