If you have a Windows computer, look for this application called "Disk Defragmenter". It organizes all your files on your hard drive and helps it to run faster.

Just go Start => all programs => acessories => system tools => disk defrag

Oh yeah, forgot to mention this: Reformatting erases all files added by you, so I'd make a back-up of everything important.

One thing I don't know how to do is back up files. How do I do that?

Also what about disk clean up?

I could be that you dont have alot of RAM cause that makes your computer faster also it could be you have to many programes like limewire sometimes makes your computer very slow.

also you can buy more RAM from besy buy but i think its alot of moneyz =3
