I need help with the Homebrew Browser (not the Channel)

I bannerbombed my Wii, and then I installed the Homebrew Browser on my SD Card (it's an SDHC, but idk if that affects the problem I'm having). I used it to download some apps, then I turned off my Wii. When I turned it back on, I tried going back on the browser, but it wouldn't let me because it couldn't initialize the FAT subsystem (and idk what that is). Also, I can't use all the apps that I downloaded. I can use every app except for the games, so I was wondering if someone would know how to fix this for me.
