i need some virus help

a virus just infected my sony walkman i dont know how to get rid of it can anyone help me

I didn't even know walkmans could get viruses? What is it doing to your walkman then?

as soon as i turn it on all it keeps saying the every moment has it's music it wont even turn off automatically now

I have never heard of a virus being inside of a mp3 player. It may be that your device is malfunctioning?

I'd call the manufacturer, and tell them your problem first, before telling it to us.

I went to the manufacturer said that they could fix it for me got it went home still missed up :/

Good and bad news, good new this isn't a virus of any sort bad news you happen to have is a malfunctioning you must of either deleted/replace a important file or just put someting on there which affects your mp3.

Now there are two ways to get your mp3 back to normal first you can restore it to factory settings and everything yu put on the mp3 will be erased and important content will be restored if that was the problem. Now there is another way which involves opening up your mp3 so I rather not explain.
