PS3- Won't load game mode

All right, so I was on Smackdown vs RAW 2010, when out of nowhere, the system froze. I waited to see if it responded for like 10 minutes, but I got nothing. I tried pressing the Power button but nothing, then tried the PS button and still nothing.

I only had the option of disconnecting it. Then I turned it on back and it was all perfect, but I noticed it took too long or it wouldn't load some game modes, which freaked me out.

I seriously need help, I don't even get why it froze. Karma will be rewarded.

try going into safe mode and rebuilding the database.

how to go into safe mode: hold the power button until the ps3 turns on then off then release, then hold it until it beeps a single beep, then another single beep, then 2 quick beeps, then choose rebuild database from the menu. and if that doesn't work try going into safe mode again and restoring the system file

It just loaded, I left it off a few minutes and it loaded correctly, took a little bit more than normal though, maybe because the system was kind of hot because of all the times I re-started it after it happened.
