Mph hunter lisence question..

k theres a part on your mph hunters lisence that tells your connection history(how much you d/c)
once you lose it,Can you get it back up to 100.0%?

Well, I'm not for sure but my guess is no. Theoritacly (or however you spell that) once you d/c one time and your percentage drops, you should never be able to get back to 100 because you will always have that one time you d/c'ed. If you walk out of range though it won't count against you.
