Can somebody give a set that is for high HRA points?

I'm looking for good furniture that will give me HRA points. Lots of them. And I mean LOTS. Thousands.

So does anybody have a rare furniture set?
We can negotiate on the price if I like the set.
This will be done through PM's. But before that, we need I need to find out which sets give me lots of HRA points.
