Okay, it's really actually quite easy.
If you've registered my Friendcode, I'll need yours, which you can find in your Pal Pad (where you registered mine)
Then, go downstairs in a Pokemon Centre and talk to the women there to access Wi-Fi, and from there you can accept my Trade Request.
