actaully it is possible. One level is all it takes if the feebas has maxed beuty stat. The fact that it has come from the GTS doesnt help it look legit though...It is hard to tell.

You only need beauty to evolve feebas into milotic.

It doesnt prove it was a hack maybe this person was into contests or was good at poffins? There isnt a way to determine for sureif its hacked.

How does that solve the problem? I could say the very same thing that Mikey did but I shouldn't get credit. Imagine that you invented something and some guy comes in and says "Hey! I had that idea a few months ago! I just never did anything about it so you should give me credit too!!!" Would you want to share the credit with that guy?

i don't expect to get credit since i did nothing
i did have the idea to do it when i had the time but by no means does that entitle me to credit on this thread unless i add some stuff for karl to put into the first post that he doesn't already have.
