i have one got it from my friends game he was soft reseting for ages to get it from the birth island event its lvl 100

Deoxys cannot be a shiny without hacking it.

It can be.
This is done which SoftReset.
Every time you counter it, you hope for it to be shiny.. if not.. you reset..

Theres a sprite for every event if you look.

Not all events can be shiny only 3 can.

Don't forget the Deoxys that he wants, and I have a shiny Mystery Mew that's legit because I matched the ID No. with another Mystery Mew.
