Mew?

i have a mew i got from some guy from japan, it has a japanese name and an OT with a japanese name so i can't tell if it's legit.

can someone help me with this dilema?

by the way, i looking for a male shiny roserade since the person i was gonna trade with hasn't been online for days

Take a picture of it and let us see it. Its in japanese so it could almost be anything. Luckly(though this may sound like I am egotistical) I am Japanese so I could translate it and let someone with a more porfessional lead(or just go to Seribii.net) to find out weither its Legit or not.

...i'm not sure i can do that but it's on lvl 30 and it arrived from the hoenn region in 2008

I think it could be hacked you can't get Mew in FR, and LG unless there was an event in DP that gives you Mew. So you can only obtain it by trading from Emerald and going to Faraway Island(which is an event)

but you capture it in Faraway Island. Which I am quite sure that it is not in the Kanto Region. If it said "Kanto" it was captured in Kanto and transfered Via PalPark. Which could only mean that you got it from a guy who hacked the mew in to the game. If it were to be the Emerald version it would say either "Hoen" or "Faraway Island"

it only says "Hoenn arrived at lvl 30," it doesn't say it's from any specific island or anything
i must be legit tho

does this count with MewTwo as well? since mine says Arrived from Kanto at lvl 70

Mewtwo does count as you can capture him after you beat the Eliet Four in FR and LG
