I am very interested in your evd shaymin. But I only accept evd pokemon at lv 100. And does this evd shaymin transform into it's sky form?

it transform into sky form. But sadly it is at lvl50 =[
I can ask my friend to lvl it to lvl100 but can i have your evd tauros and cloyster for it?
