Probably why no one's taking you up on your trades is probably because you aren't being specific enough. Also having better natures for the Charmanders would be a better asset in getting what you want in exchange. Also, how do you know your Charmanders' stats are perfect?

If you need help determining that go to the Battle Tower in the Battle Frontier and talk to the Judge guy near the PC. This is only if you're playing Pokemon Platinum (or Black and White there's a Judge guy in the Battle Subway). If the Judge guy will eventually say all the Pokemon's stats but not in order. Also understanding what he says about your Pokemon potential helps.
Outstanding is best IV's add up to 151-186
Somewhat Superior is next best IV's add up to 121-150
Above Average is okay IV's add up to 91-120
Decent All Around is the lowest IV's add up to 0-90

Easiest way to use the IV calculator is to raise your Charmander up to as may levels you have of Rare Candy. This is only temporary as you save before feeding Rare Candies to your Pokemon.
