I dont think they are maxed out like that, but the celebi is shiny. Im not sure i want to trade them though...

I would be willing to trade the Porygon for the Celebi, if that's okay with you, seeing as the Celebi is hacked where as Porygon is not. I can throw in some items if you'd like. If no, that's fine, too.

I'm reluctant to trade for the Crobat, simply because I already have a shiny Zubat, and it would be easy to chain another and evolve it. If you have any other shinies that aren't so easily chained I'd be willing to trade for those, or if you wanted to throw something else in (I could throw in something small as well) that would be fine.
