trading legit shiny shuppet

as i was training my pokemon in emerald i came across a shiny shuppet.

it's a cute blue :P

but i doubt i'll be using it.

here is some info on it.

Shuppet Lv. 26 Male
caught w/an ultra ball Rt. 121
Ability: insomnia/ Quiet Nature
HP 64 Attack 52
Defense 27 Sp. Atk 49
Sp. Def 26 Speed 26
Moves: Screech, Night Shade, Curse, Spite.


i'm looking for a legit shiny EEVEE.

around level 15 & under.
preferably a lv. 10 eevee.
