i explained this to someone recently.

I need like a flood of members to join at once.

The old members decide to leave because its inactive, and the new members don't stay long due to the inactivity of the old members.

only the real CC veterans have been on lately, and i have tried everything to get everyone back.
i think if everyone got on at once, it would stay continuously active.

we are having a pokemon giveaway on sunday.

EDIT: also, a lot of the actual activity has been PM based lately. not sure why.

It's ironic in that I'm having a similar problem with my site......

But I'm hoping my new feature will fix that.

My theory is that initially members need a reason to post, like a goal system, something to work towards.

Maybe you could try a money money hack and sell certain Pokémon? IDK, sometimes it helps to hear an unbiased opinion. Hope I helped.
