too bad i dont have a wi-fi connection home, i couldnt get my VIP code, and i'm confused about that barracks they talk about, i havent seen anything like that in my DS game.

Hey theres already another thread concerning this topic.
Anyway I saw the same things as you and i was confused too.

Basically in Nintendo WFC section of the game go to online stats and view token, thats your 'VIP' number.
