The Top 3 members will have the "X3C" tag and the rest will use "XEC". To join X3C you must be a very loyal member and among the top tier. If you feel you are one the in the top 3, then you may challange one of the other X3C members. If you win you can take his or her spot. However you can not take my spot.

If you cheat or hack in any way don't bother trying out, your not allowed,

You must quit your old clan to be able to join Xec. Loyalty is a must

No disconnecting! If you disconnect on some one and they report you, a good explanation is needed.

The above rule applies for hacking and glitching
