Animal Crossing: City Folk, is it the same thing?

When I first knew that the new Animal Crossing was going to come out, I was simply fasinated, just as many other fans, but later on I realised that this "new" version would be basicly... well, the same as previous versions on Animal Crossing. Of course, this does have it's new deatails, for example the city, and also the ability to speak online. Don't get me wrong, I'm still getting this game! I'm just disapointed on that it's really the same thing.... So what do you think?

Well, They could've made the beach bigger. IDk if they are or not. But there's still some things we dont know yet. Like Any new events and stuff. There's gonna be something new to this game everyday when we start playing it so Im not complaining.

But I wish they could add something like setting up beach chairs on the beach. That'd be cool.


And Im VERY glad we can make our mii's playable ^.^

well due to ther being a new area new connecting to ds ability and biger town and a city and wii speak hmmm sounds pretty new to me :)

Yes, ofcourse those things are new, but I'm talking about the same "objectives". The city is new, but what things does it have that make it wonderfull/cool. The bigger town is cool; more space, although you have to worry about that extra space, y'know? The Wii Speak? Yeah, it's cool, instead of friken typing, and also getting it for 10 less dollars. But y'know, your ganna be like "hey, what's up..... uh... nice town. So how are you?" It's not that exiting, but cool though. I'd rather just talk with real friend irl, y'know?

Same stuff: improve house, get furny, take care of plants, play with peeps, go to events... same stuff as the old ones....
