you left out Tales of Symphonia 2: Knights of Ratatosk. Like THE best 3D RPG ever... Hopefully Camelot studios will bring out a new Golden Sun or any other game. No More Heroes is uberness incarnate too. ;) Apart from the unannounced titles that are developed secretely I must say you've covered just about any good game released '08. (Although some of the games listed are just so-so)

Ever heard of Gran Turismo 5, with racing wheel, pedals, clutch and MT with online races? It's going to be better then every game you listed combined.

Who needs Metal Gear Solid 4 when you have Snake in Brawl? Plus, I prefer the world of Animal Crossing better than any other game out there. (Excluding Mah Metroid.) When the New Animal Crossing comes, I wont play any other game for probally a month.

I can't believe people would take Animal Crossing over GT5. There is no better racing game, infact the only thing more real then GT5 is a car.

In my opinion, Forza Motorsport comes quite close to Gran Turismo. The developers of GT haven't done much new things in the series, except refurbishing the graphics and adding more cars and tracks. GT is a good game, I'll hand you that, but it's not better than Okami for example, in terms of originality.
