My mother has been asking for a wii for the longest time and i got her one for mothers day. but of course i cant just get a gift that will only benefit her.

what games would ya'll suggest getting for the Wii

im looking at getting mario kart and of course Brawl
perhaps fifa 08?

any other sugestions?

well ive always been a huge fan of the Need for Speed series.

are there any NFS wii games? also i have Zelda Twilight Princess for the GC...im not going to go out and buy the same version though.

I also like first person shooters. what good fps games are there? Medal of Honor, Metroid, Ghost Recon (lol)?

Need For Speed is terrible on Wii, don't get those games. For an FPS, get Medal of Honor Heroes 2, the WiFi is really good. I'd also reccomend Guitar Hero, or waiting til June 22nd for Rock Band.

Rock Band is good, but you might want to get Guitar Hero 3 if you want WiFi + Lower price. You will be losing instruments, though.

Or you could wait and get Guitar Hero 4 xD

has anybody here played Resident Evil 4?

i saw RE4 and RE Umbrella Chronicles at Gamestop today and was looking into them.

from the videos ive seen i think RE4 looks better but if any of ya'll have played it and have a diferent opinion i would like to hear it

They're both good however, I'd reccommend against getting RE:UC as your first game since it's a rail shooter.
