As far as i know you can but you need an SD card with the MP3s on it and then you can play the music in the slideshow on the Photo channel

if you have the photo channel 1.1 then you can only play ACC's but if you have 1.0 like me you need an SD card. Put some Mp3's onto it then go to picture viewer

If they happen to make a game that requires an SD Card to play an Mp3 Player, that would work well, even it might try to get the highest rating game for songs of action and that new game got many options that could be available for now to make it look good than other game, I would be gathering some information I heard much about some Nintendo Games.

It'd be good if Nintendo brought out a media player channel or jukebox channel which would be compatible with many different audio/video formats.
