C'mon Now Nintendo or E3 to Animal Crossing Wii - 05-27-2008

I've heard the riots and i've craved the intelligence, but enough is enough. If i don't hear something soon about Animal Crossing Wii, I am going to have a mental breakdown.

We've had our patience tested for so long, with little rumors of MMORPG (or MMO Simulation) and with WiiConnect24. The possibilities are absolutely killing me, just like they did after i played the first one on gamecube.

Imagine, leaving items at your gyroid for sale, and actually having people come by and purchase them while you sleep. Or to wake up at 1 AM to that blue hue from your Wii and jump online while someone has been in your town. The abilities to do more with friends than just chat one liners and make facial expressions. But actually to have real interactions and have competitions. The old cliche holds true: the possibilities are endless. I want to awake to a world of hundred of animals, see my darling bird "Ace" and not the rejects of Wild World, because lets face it, that was a let down compared to the wonders of the GCN version.

Nintendo has the possibility to create one of the greatest simulation games of all time, why in the world aren't they sharing their information? It better just be that amazing that it will blow the lid of anything at sony or microsoft. Any theories or suggestions for Animal Crossing Wii? Discuss.

Is DEAD! Stay tuned for a new band and new music.

and the best thing you can think to say is:
"wats so good about animal crossing on the wii?"

wow.

I actually couldn't agree more, Marche. I think the wi-fi features could make this a whole new game on an epic scale.
I can imagine a GTS style trading system for items and furniture.

Exactly. An hopefully we could have a return to classic events like Christmas and Halloween, because honestly i hated all the events in Animal Crossing Wild World. Nothing beats running from the Jack impersonators on the GCN version.

Hopefully the Animal Crossing Wii version would return to that scale.

Ya, I wish they'd share some info, ACW is the game I'm waiting for now. If Nintendo can incorporate all thse Wi-Fi features and make it so it's nice & neat, ACW will probably the biggest simulator hit since The Sims.

If they do all that wifi and wiiconnect24 stuff, which is cool, they need to then atleast have a good update system. Like as soon as they find out that people can steal or hack or any of those stuff to your town, they need to like get a patch or sumthing out to stop that. Other than that, voice chat would be nice.

Well if not voice chat, atleast USB keyboard compatible. But voice chat would be better than keyboard any day.

Nintendo would have to be idiotic to release this game without voice chat. Hopefully they're slowly learning about what Microsoft and Playstation has been doing.
