Not at all. The only way your friend code would of got changed is is when you change your game, DS or start a new file.

That's completely wrong. Wii has it's memory from it's Console whereas DS uses it from it's card. If you use a different CD with the same game, it will have the same memory as you saved from the first disc you put in.
