My guess is that it can show you the previews of things already in the Nintendo channel. (The channel with the demos and previews.)

I saw it in the trailers. I read that you can catch a stand-up act, so my guess would be a comedy club.

It's true it could be a comedy club. But there is also a few other building there. We know one is Hariets place, another is Gracie's place, another is an auction shop, I also noticed that one of the Animals Metioned Katrina, so I am assuming that she has a shop, So now what else could there be?

Maybe it's just a club and that's where KK Slider will perform now. Then you could get his songs any day of the week.
