hello, can someone tell me where to find the dude to be able to trade? I wanna get some ship parts :D

You needs bombs, and a bow. To get to him you have to go to Mercay island and drop a bomb in a certain spot after solving a puzzle.

Like we said in the other thread, you're about halfway through the game. You get the other two pieces of the seachart after the last fairy temple.
