a form to replace snaking? or heavily relies on skill?

i want to know by everyone that has mario kart wii (i dont care what you use) for those who seen bikers that uses funky kong with flame runner and daisy with mach bike....blah blah blah...but what im asking is that is using a bike with maunal drift is kind of like a spritual form of snaking or in any way LIKE snaking? i mean i seen people using that to ease their way to pure victory regardless of whats thrown at them and what not. i need everyones opinion to this...to me its sorta like a spiritual form of snaking (but not like a zig zag way but you get what i mean by this...) since they mainly win i might think it takes skill since there are turns but then again they are like wayyyyyy ahead in an online race...so what do you think people?

I would say that it's 100% skill

I absolutely hate funky kong/flame runner and daisy/mach bike but it actually takes skill to use them...
A person not using an overused or abusive combo pretty much has the same chances of winning against a person who is using an overused combo.

Any racer who plays to win in Mario Kart DS snakes. This allows them to finish the race 20 times faster than a non-snaker. People don't like it because it quote "ruins the game" ,but a racing game is about finishing the race as fast as you can and that is what snaking allows you to do.

Snaking takes more skill than bikes in Mario Kart Wii since wheelies take you in one direction compared to snaking requiring mastery of drifting. In my opinion, the bikers are just as dominant in Mario Kart Wii as snakers are in Mario Kart DS numerically speaking.
