just use you pointer and middle finger and alternate really really fast on only the green and red.
or save your starpower?

Just strum all the red notes. Trust me, I always find the easiest way out of hard sections of songs, and then sooner or later, I'm able to do all of it, like Mosh 1 on RB, I only hit the B(Y)(R) part and not the O(B)(Y), but now I hit it all.
Just make sure you have enough Rock Power, or use star power.
