i agree with the final statement but whats dumb is that the reason y the system freezes when someone leaves stems from lazy development. think about it. The conduit had drop support along with MOHH2...those were both FPS games with the best online so far on the
wii. MOHH2 didnt use friendcodes but EA nation. and that game supported 32players online, not to mention some of the best controls when it came out, and it all ran at 60fps online and off. EA prolly would have done voice chat if ninty had the solution out already. Some other games Excitebots and even the downloadable game onslaught did the drop support in it. Most devs on the
wii just dont try and they were the reason that the games in the hardcore area were crappy. Now ur not wrong but dont make the system look bad when its the devs that arent doing anything to make the games better.
Oh and btw thats microsoft and sony ur taking about...they do other things in the market besides gameing...now the 360 interms of how effective it is, is in first place....but this is microsoft.....they had voice chat and gaming set up on computers running at whopping 56k internet connection....they had network before ninty did..they had graphics and sound quality before ninty(and still do). All im saying is that microsoft came in knowing what the hell they were doing and how they can have quality with the stuff they already had setup. Ninty and sony are really just getting into this whole market. Sony had a foot in the door before ninty but you get the idea.
