I was wondering something...oh the wii settings when you go to select your TV resolution there is an option that says u can switch to an HD presentation. Except that I have no idea what this means. I have a widescreen HD TV and I've tried everything i can think of to get it to switch. any1 know how?
Yeah, just to clarify things, you need a component cable, not an HDMI cable. And I guess it makes the picture a bit clearer/smooth, but there isn't really that big of a difference. At least not as much as the other systems.
Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't HD have to be 720p and up?
Its only 480p with the Wii. Also, do you suggest buying it for a HD Samsung screen or saving my money?

Yeah, you're right. 480p-720i is considered EDTV(Enhanced Definition TV.) I already have an HD TV so I was set when I bought these. You can notice a difference, but if you don't have the money, it's not worth it that much. It doesn't make it look like PS3 or anything.
