Is it possible like lets say you buy 2000 wii points and you use 1000 wii points can you give someone the number and let them use the Wii Points?

If its possible can anyone lend me some. Around 600-800 ?

You can't lend points, but you can gift a registered Wii friend Virtual Console games, and WiiWare games. When you choose a game, there will be a gift button. Choose it to use your Wii Points to buy a game for your friend.

Uhh, I'm poor and I have a Wii.... And just because someone is poor is no reason to make fun of them. I have a Wii because my Mom is good at managing money. I am proud to say she works at a fast food resturaunt part time and can still manage money enough to keep our house, car, electric and every thing else.
