How can you get the medals / pins ?

I've seen chains surround your character too and say rating locked.
I'd like to know myself how to get medals so I can work at obtaining them.

Nope never added you, haven't seen your character but I would duel.

Oh.. because I said "your character".. <__< nah I just meant in general when you reach 200 rating you get chains on you and a padlock added to your medals.

Row 1:
1) Clear Mark (10 points): Finish Story Mode.
2) Championship Cup (10 points): Beat all single and tag tournaments once.
3) Duel Machine (10 points): Win 20 consecutive duels.
4) Star Chips x 100 (10 points): Play 100 duels.
5) Star Chips x 300 (15 points): Play 300 duels
6) Average Duel Disk (10 points): Beat all story mode duelists once.
7) Typical Duel Disk (25 points): Beat all World Championship duelists once.
8) Time Wizard (10 points): Play for 100 hours.
9) Thousand Dragon (25 points): Play for 300 hours.

Row 2:
1) Card Binder (15 points): Achieve 70% collection completion.
2) Gold Card Case (50 points): Achieve 100% collection completion (just the
3543 cards you can get in-game).
3) Thrifty Goblin (25 points): Get 70% of all bonuses.
4) Upstart Goblin (100 points): Get 100% of all bonuses (including unlisted
Wi-Fi and Wireless duel bonuses from multiplayer duels).
5) Bronze Medal (10 points): Wi-Fi duel 50 times.
6) Silver Medal (15 points): Wi-Fi duel 150 times.
7) Gold Medal (30 points): Wi-Fi duel 300 times.
8) Simple Medal (30 points): Maintain 200+ Wi-Fi ranking points.
9) Prestigious Medal (100 points): Maintain 500+ Wi-Fi ranking points.
